The Opportunity

Amtrak, The Technology Advancement Center (TAC), and Cylus partnered with Complete Creative to develop Hack The Railroad, a mission-driven event designed to bring together key stakeholders across the rail and transit ecosystem. The goal: ensure a resilient cyber front for the systems that power America’s transportation network.

Complete Creative designed and executed the brand identity, messaging framework, event experience, and promotional campaign for Hack The Railroad.

Our goals were to:

  • Position the event as a unifying force, not just a conference

  • Establish visual trust and authority to attract executive and federal participation

  • Support the narrative that defending rail infrastructure is a national priority

  • Elevate Amtrak, TAC, and Cylus as leaders shaping the future of rail cybersecurity

  • Event brand identity + visual system

  • Messaging pillars and narrative direction

  • Digital, print, environmental, and presentation graphics

The Approach

Where the rail cybersecurity community comes together to defend what matters.
